Welcoming New Club Members

Our newest Charleston Rotary Club member is Kyle Thompson, who was inducted at the August 20, 2019 club meeting.  Kyle is Superintendent of Regional Office of Education #11, which covers seven counties in East Central Illinois–Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Moultrie and Shelby Counties.

New Members for the 2018-2019 Rotary Year

The 2018-19 club year for Charleston Rotary brought five new members, with the most recent (June 2019) being Danielle Swango, Executive Director of CCAR Industries.  Other new club members inducted for the 2018-19 year were: Erin Walters, Executive Director of the Sexual Assault Counseling and Information Service (SACIS); Kendra Schubert, Admissions Director for the Language Company at Eastern Illinois University; Zach Newell, Dean of Library Services, Eastern Illinois University; and Tom Corum, Pastor of Wesley United Methodist Church.
